Head of the Organization
With extensive experience leading various NGOs and non-profit organizations, Oleksandr brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad network spanning culture, gastronomy, the military, and city governance. He has played a key role in initiatives aimed at preserving cultural heritage, supporting veterans, and fostering urban development. His strategic vision drives ThinkNova’s mission to promote social innovation and collaboration across diverse sectors.
Oleksandra Honcharenko
Project Coordinator
A seasoned professional with years of expertise in the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, Oleksandra has been instrumental in community-driven projects, including healthcare outreach, civic engagement, and youth empowerment programs. Her volunteer efforts in medical and political initiatives have made her a cornerstone of ThinkNova’s mission to deliver impactful and inclusive solutions.
